Job Responsibilities
- Liaise with customers to obtain information and data required for system setup and implementation and support After Sales.
- Identify the problem in the obtained information and data. Liaise with clients regarding issues and solutions for them.
- Prepare and maintain system documentation in accordance with any new releases and updates.
- Compiling and updating current issues, documenting, and contributing to the content knowledge base.
- Lead the discussion with clients.
- Keep track of the timeline and liaise with the programmer if any issues.
Job Requirement
- Candidates have full working rights for Malaysia.
- Required languages: Good English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Preferably a Degree / Diploma • Preferably has experience working with IT Industry and property management with at least 1 to 3 years of experience.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Able to work independently, committed, motivated, good working attitude, initiative, and integrity.
- Good communication skills with clients.
